Congratulations on your IASC membership
Please follow these instructions for when you first set up your account.
We ask that when you first log into the new system to secure and pay your membership dues, please take a moment to verify all of your account information and make any corrections needed. Instructions to log into your new account:
- Logging In: Visit innisarden.membersplash.com and click on the Log In button at the top right of the page. If accessing from a mobile device, click the three lines to view the drop-down menu..
- Your Username (email address): your email address
- Your Temporary Password: innisarden
- You will update your password when you edit the account information.
*IMPORTANT: If you ever lose your password you can use the password reset link found on the login page, but this requires a valid email address on file. You can store one email address per adult member by clicking the edit icon next to their name on the account management screen.

Instructions once you have logged into your new account:
- Add/Delete Members: To do so, click the ADD MEMBER button and add any members needed. If you need to delete a member, click on DELETE next to each member and delete. Please remember, all members must have the same permanent address.
- Please only add you, your spouse, and any children or grandchildren under the age of 26.
- If you will be purchasing the Resident Additional Family Membership please email Jordan at manager@innisardenswimclub.com
- Edit Member Information: Edit all info for each member. To do so, click on EDIT next to each member’s name and edit phone, email, gender, member type (Adult or Child) and date of birth.
- We need everyone’s date of birth entered into the program regardless if they are an adult or child.
- Profile Image: Upload profile images of each individual in your family membership under their name. To do so, while editing each individual member’s information, add a photo by clicking on the “CLICK TO UPLOAD IMAGE” icon. Please use a close up, head shot or cropped face photo. We are asking that every individual have a photo to make the life guard’s job a bit easier when checking you in to the pool. Photos of all members are required
- Complete the Innis Arden Member Participation Waiver for each member of the account: To fill out this waiver, go to the members box on the right hand side of the page and click on the little blue icon next to each members name and complete the waiver form. Each adult member should read and sign for themselves. The parent/legal guardian of minor children should sign for the minor. Also, the account cannot be paid until all waivers are filled out.
- Edit Account Information: Click the three blue dots in the top of the Account Summary area. You can change your username here, change the billing contact, and update your address. Make sure you are using the address which is associated with your credit card.
- Create a new password: Click on the three blue dots in the top of the Account Summary area and select You will need a minimum of 8 characters, at least one upper case, at least one number and at least one special character.
- Emergency Contact: Everyone should have an emergency contact on file. To add your emergency contact info, click on the three blue dots next to emergency contact and add the correct info.
- Directory: You can opt into or out of the directory using the toggle on your account main page. The directory will share the email, home and cell phone number of all adults on the account. We are noticing that the directory is having an issue, but Membersplash is working on fixing it or may have already fixed it. Please turn that toggle on if you would like to share your email, home phone, and cell phone with other members.
- Payments: Please secure your membership by making a payment. To access the Payments screen, click on the word “pay now” in the BIG red banner at the top of your login page. Once you have clicked on your dues payment, you will choose your method of payment and be taken to a second screen to check out.
- When on the payment screen, please make sure to check the box next to the membership fee
- For Payment We accept:
- Credit/Debit Card – If you are paying by credit card, enter credit card number, expiration date and CVV. There is a 3% fee for using a credit card to purchase your membership. If you would like to avoid the fee you can write a check and mail it to the address on the invoice or stop by at one of our drop-in times to drop off the check.
- Check – If you are paying by check, please download and print the invoice you will see on the page and mail to the address provided. Please either send the check to the address on the invoice or bring the check to one of our drop-in times at the pool.
- Checks must be received before a member can use the pool. To ensure you can swim on the 13th, please make sure we have received your check by the 12th.
- To finalize your payment, click the “Submit Payment” button at the bottom of the screen.
