Water Aerobics is a shallow water exercise class that meets on Saturday mornings. We use water resistance for both strength training and cardiovascular exercise with the focus on arms, legs, and abdominal muscles. The class does not require you to be a swimmer. Just come with energy! The first session will be Saturday, June 23rd at 9:00 am.
The class will be every Saturday at 9:00 am.
Class fee is $5.00 per hour-long class.
