Water Aerobics

Overview

We are excited to offer water aerobics on Saturdays. We will start on Saturday June 4th. Water Aerobics will be from 8:30-9:30 am and there are only 15 available spots. Water Aerobics will once again be taught by Jane Lowell and it involves a strenuous and fun workout that incorporates exercises in both the deep and shallow end of the pool. For right now, water aerobics is limited to members only and each member will be billed through Amilia on Monday following the water aerobics class. You must sign up on signup genius each week before attending the class.
