MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

The following is a summary of the IASC Membership Policies.  The full Membership Policies are available here: Membership Policies.

RESIDENT: Open to Innis Arden property owners (two adult IA homeowners per membership), with pool privileges extending to member’s children aged 26 and under, and minor grandchildren aged 26 and under.  Initiation fee and annual dues apply.

  • Annual Resident Family Pass: Adult children of the homeowner resident member, who are over the age of 26 and wish to use the pool, without a homeowner present, may purchase an annual $500 Resident Family Pass under the homeowner’s account.  This pass provides pool privileges to the adult child, their spouse/partner, and their children, aged 26 and under.  Annual Resident Family Passes cannot be split between households, and IA homeowners are ineligible for an Annual Resident Family Pass.  A Resident Family Pass is required for grandchildren of homeowner Resident Members who wish to participate on the youth swim team or water polo team. Adult children over age 26 who do not purchase the Resident Family Pass must use guest passes and have a resident member present with them.

LIMITED USE RESIDENT: Limited Use Permits are intended for Innis Arden resident “empty nesters.” Limited Use Permits are for tenured resident member adult or adult couple – no children or grandchildren privileges are afforded. Limited Use Permits are restricted in number and are limited to 75 swim sessions per season (no carry-over). Limited Use Permit applications are collected annually and permits awarded by March 31 solely on the basis of seniority of uninterrupted membership. Resident Members applying for but not awarded Limited Use may then fill out Resident Membership documentation by the pool opening date to continue as Resident Member.  Annual dues apply – no initiation fee.
