I am a returning member. How do I login to my account?
Click on the button Current Residents: Manage Account. Your login is your email address but you have the ability to retrieve your login and password on this screen.
I am new to the neighborhood. What should I do first?
Welcome! First, start by sending our membership chair, Amber Brust, an email to set up your account. membership@innisardenswimclub.com
What information is required on my account?
Each account requires:
- Emergency Contact Information
- Current Year Pool Waiver to be completed before the season
- Photo for all members
- We also have a member’s directory that members are automatically enrolled in. You will want to opt out if you do not want your phone number shared
Can I purchase guest passes? If so, how do I do that?
Yes, you can purchase guest passes via your account. To do so:
- Log into your account
- Click on Payments
- Make a Payment
- Purchase Guest Passes- individual or bulk
Once purchased, guest passes will automatically be added to your account, and can be redeemed at the front desk.
If you do not have guest passes left over, your account will be billed when you sign in.
What is the guest pass policy?
All guests must have guest waivers filled out in order to enter the pool deck.
Members can only bring 5 guests with them at a time.
Members must be at the pool the entire time with their guests.
Guest under the age of 12 will need to pass the swim test in order to swim in the pool without their parents.
How do I reserve the pool?
The Pool is available for parties to members that are current on their fees. To make a reservation, email Jordan at manager@innisardenswimclub.com
